       Amy Adams' The Woman in the Window to Get Netflix Release After Multiple DelaysThe company that my group thought was the best fit for our film opening was the 20th Century Studios that is under the Disney company. We believed it was the best fit because our film opening's genre is a traditional crime film with elements of a mystery film and the 20th Century Studios has made multiple crime films that have become successful like "The Woman in the Window". The film was a notable success at the box office and had a very positive average rating. The budget for the film was around $40 million and made positive rating which marked the last Hollywood film before they went under the Disney company.The Woman in the Window: Book vs. Movie Ending Changes

  Blog #13: Our film that we created is called "Malfeasance". We chose the name of our title since our film is a traditional crime film with mystery elements about a detective that has been put on a murder case, which he is determined to solve, and the definition of "malfeasance" is an act that is illegal and causes physical or monetary harm to someone else, and is a synonym to the word crime. Moreover, the film follows the detective investigating a specific suspect, which is a very popular high school girl who is heavily connected to the victim of the case. Additionally, a common theme of the film is that no one is to be trusted in the town, everyone is suspicious. Our mise-en-scene was to be in the mannerisms of young adults today and their style nowadays as well, which is using slang and wearing streetwear. Second Music Video Post

 Blog #3    So far, my group and I have met up a few times. We recorded our opening scene already and established what we were going to be recording with. There are four people in my group; one of them is in charge of recording everything, one of them is in charge of editing, one of them is the leading girl, and I am in charge of the Mise-en-Scene. The costumes that everybody will wear are clothes that teenagers would usually wear to a party. There won't be any of our voices heard, the song will be over the video which will match occasionally with the leading girls' lips. Most of the editing will be done with clean cuts but a couple of them will have transitions.

                    Blog #2:                        My group chose the song Telephone by Lady Gaga (feat. Beyonce). When we chose this song we had multiple ideas on how to interpret it but we finally decided to interpret the song about a toxic romantic relationship. So when we decided to interpret the song that way we asked our teacher to print out the lyrics for us and we decided to write on those sheets of paper on how we would arrange each shot and what they would look like. We as a group also decided when we would all be available to record and what the location is where we would record the video.
