Blog #1 This is me, Mariah Soto!   I am a 16 year old Peruvian girl, who is currently taking AICE Media Studies. My interests include drawing, music, reading, piano, guitar, and singing. Second Music Video Post

 Blog #3    So far, my group and I have met up a few times. We recorded our opening scene already and established what we were going to be recording with. There are four people in my group; one of them is in charge of recording everything, one of them is in charge of editing, one of them is the leading girl, and I am in charge of the Mise-en-Scene. The costumes that everybody will wear are clothes that teenagers would usually wear to a party. There won't be any of our voices heard, the song will be over the video which will match occasionally with the leading girls' lips. Most of the editing will be done with clean cuts but a couple of them will have transitions.

  Blog #7:              The film companies my group was assigned to were Amblin Entertainment and Paramount Studios. Amblin Entertainment was founded in 1984 by Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Kathleen Kennedy, and they were more focused on making sci-fi movies until Decmeber 2015, where they underwent a major reorganization and became a unit of the new Amblin Pictures and now focus on more family themed movies. Some movies that made them famous were the "Back to the Future" saga, the "Jurrassic Park" saga, "E.T. Adventure", "Gremlins", and "The Goonies". Paramount Studios was founded in 1912 by Adolph Zukor, Jesse L Lasky, and William Wadsworth Hodkinson. All of there three different companies, Famous Player Film Co, Jesse L Lasky Co, and Paramount Pictures all merged to become one Paramount Studios.
